— RECENT WORK —
Recently acted for clients on a purchase from the Queen, so dealt with the Crown Estates and learnt about the unregistered title of Her Majesty’s cottages in Norfolk.
Received instructions in relation to an LPA where the client had suffered a stroke at a premature age, her 21 year old son was appointed as her Attorney. I had to ensure all parties were fully aware of the meaning and implication surrounding the LPA at this difficult time.
Received instructions to act in a sale where the sellers were emigrating to Australia, so needed to liaise with all parties to ensure there was sufficient time for the packing, to sort out containers, and ensure a smooth transition for the emigration.
