Simon Masters LL.B (Hons)

Simon, a former Nantwich Grammar School pupil, graduated from Nottingham University in l983. He completed his Solicitors Finals in l984 and was articled at Hall & Co in Crewe until qualifying as a Solicitor in l986. Simon practised in Cheshire in his former Cheshire firm where he became a partner until he joined the firm of Rigbys as a Partner in l996.

Simon is a Solicitor and a Director at Dixon Rigby Keogh and his areas of practice include:-

Commercial property sale and disposal, leases, business or asset sales and purchases, Shareholder Agreements

Private Client work including Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection work (he is currently an Attorney and hold a Deputyship)

All areas of employment law including Compromise Agreements , contract matters,procedures for redundancy TUPE.

Residential Property sale and purchases.

Liquor Licensing under the Licensing Act 2003 including transfers and grants, variations Personal Licences.
