Trevor Caldecott qualified in l978 and became a Partner in RS & EN Rigby in l980. That firm merged with Dixon Stelfox & Cross in l984 and is now a part of the Dixon Rigby Keogh Practice.

Trevor is a very experienced property lawyer and specialist in elderly client work. His role now is as part of Dixon Rigby Keogh ´s Wills, Trusts and Elderly Client Department. He deals with traditional areas of Wills, Probate, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Trevor´s specialism is in dealing with all capacity issues in relation elderly clients and in particular in the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney and applications for Deputyships at the Court of Protection. As well as handling property sales, purchases, leases and tenancies, Trevor handles a large volume of Court of Protection Deputy work both on behalf of clients and is a Deputy himself for a number of incapacitated individuals.
