Julie is an experienced residential conveyancing specialist with over 20 years of expertise in sales, purchases and remortgage transactions. Having begun her legal career in 1988 as an Office Junior on the Wirral, she progressed through roles including Legal Secretary and residential conveyancer while studying part time for her qualifications.

She became a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2007 and has since achieved dual qualification as a Licensed Conveyancer. Julie has worked in both private practice across Cheshire and within Taylor Wimpey Northwest and Cheshire’s Legal Department, giving her a broad and practical understanding of the property market.
