Frances has been working in law for over 10 years and specialises in transactions involving commercial property & agricultural property. Frances also has experience working in residential conveyancing and dealing with commercial asset sales & purchases.

Prior to embarking in a career in law, Frances worked in marketing and other roles, including working in France as a teaching assistant as part of her French degree from the University of Leeds. Frances worked full-time in law and completed the GDL and LPC part-time by attending law school at the weekend.

Frances has successfully advised clients in a wide range of commercial property, agricultural and residential matters, including leases, options, overages, personal guarantees, bridging finance & refinances, sales & purchases (including new builds, company buy-to-lets and HMOs), grazing licences, telecoms leases, possessory title applications, reconstitutions of title & first registrations, landlord & tenant disputes, assents, transfers of equity, Deeds of Release, community asset transactions and licences to occupy, as well as various transactions involving SIPPS.

Frances has also dealt with business asset sales & purchases.
