Julie qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2007 and has also recently become a Dual Qualified Licensed Conveyancer. Julie started her legal career in 1988 working as an Office Junior for a firm of Solicitors on the Wirral whilst studying part time for her A’Levels.

Julie became a Legal Secretary working in all areas of law before deciding on her preferred specialist area of residential property. Julie progressed to the role of residential conveyancer working in both private practice throughout Cheshire and also for Taylor Wimpey North West and Cheshire’s Legal Department whilst studying part time for her FILEX qualification.

Julie’s has in excess of 20 years of experience in Residential Conveyancing dealing with both sales, purchases and remortgage work.

Julie takes a friendly and diligent approach to her work and receives referrals from local estate agents, mortgage brokers and repeat instructions from past clients.
