These are the Terms upon which we are willing to deal with the matter detailed in our Client Engagement letter on your behalf.
If you would like us to do this work for you please sign the letter of acceptance attached having completed all details. Upon receipt of that letter we will regard ourselves as acting on your behalf. Until then we will not be able to progress the matter.
The Terms set out in this document, together with your Client Engagement Letter, form a contract between you, the client, and the firm to which both parties must adhere.
